私は、松山の高校を卒業後、大阪の国立大学に進学しましたが、英語を教える仕事をしたいと方向転換を決心し、松山大学の英文科を首席で卒業しました。
ステップスクールでは、小学生～中学生までの算・国・英・数・社会・理科と、高校生の国・数・英を教えています。
講師の中では一番生徒さん達に年齢が近いので、最近の学校事情なども伝えてあげられると思います。また、勉強以外に、ゲームやテレビ番組、スポーツなどの話題も合いそうです。
また、新しい受験の傾向や情報を発信させて頂ければと思っています。
英検やTOEICなども継続して勉強中です。学習者として、指導者として、生徒のみなさん達と一緒に成長していきたいと思いますので、よろしくお願いします。

小中学生の算国・数英と英検コースを担当しています。塾での風景・・・。
（生徒）「先生、これわからん・・・」
（私）（待ってました！）「これはね・・・」と納得がいくまで付き合います。
しかし、いちばん手ごわい質問は・・・「こんなめんどくさい問題、大人になったら使うの？」とか「日本人なのになぜ英語がいるの？」「外国に行かないし、外国人と話さんかったら英語、必要はないでしょ？」などなど。あれやこれやと目の前の勉強から、逃避するためのものです。しかし、こちらも長年の経験から、この手の質問の（？）の答えも心得ています。いやな勉強でも、興味をもって、自ら学ぶ力をつけていってもらえるように、答えをたくさん準備しています。
生徒たちの自らを変化させる力や、他の部分もいっしょに伸びてくる力を目の当たりにすると、微力ながら役に立っているのかな、と嬉しくなります。そんな生徒さんが増えますように、塾でお待ちしています。

Hello! My name is Teo.
I am 33 years old, and I come from the United States.
I was born in Lincoln, Nebraska, in the center of America.
The area is famous for corn, American football, and having the clearest English accent in the U.S.
I moved to Colorado in Junior High School, home of the Rockie.
My hobbies are playing guitar, singing karaoke, watching American football, and I love learning about Japanese music and watching variety shows.
I love all kinds of good, except natto.
I have worked as an ALT in Ainancho for 3 years and as an eikaiwa instructor in Ehime, Kagawa, Tokushima, and Kochi for 4 years.
I love Shikoku because it reminds me of my home but also has the sea!
I hope everyone can learn not just to repeat target sentences, but to really express themselves and their own ideas in English.
I want to help you all learn and grow as English communicators.

Hello! My name is Dickens.
I am 32 years old and I am from Malawi in southeastern Africa.
Malawi is famous for a large fresh water lake and abundant wildlife. Malawi is also known for having one of the best English eccents in Africa.
My hobbies are watching animatios, learning how to play the guitar and researching various interesting topics. I like most japanese foods but I also like to cook my country's cuisines.
I have over five years experience as a high school science teacher in Malawi which has an English-medium education system. As such I am committed to helping students improve their English skills.
I believe everyone can learn and become fluent in English. I hope to be a motivation to students as they move towards being able to express themselves in English.

私は大学で英語を専攻し、現在も英語力向上のためTOEICやオンライン英会話を受け続けています。
日々学んでいるという点では、私も生徒の皆さんと同じです。
ですから、「わからなくてやる気が出ない・・・」「疲れて集中できない・・・」そういう気持ちよくわかります。
